I can't say enough about Jose and his team for their professionalism, honesty, and attentiveness to every detail in meeting my plumbing needs for my tub to shower conversion. They went up and beyond the call with their strong work ethic and complete thoroughness, making sure all the plumbing/pipes, and shower pan components were perfect. They were on the job everyday from start to finish which is so admirable these days! They also fixed my toilet and put in a new bathroom faucet and replaced the piping underneath as well. To top it off, on the last day, after they finished my project, they were kind enough to address my friends plumbing needs with smiles on their faces! What a wonderful experience with a competent crew led by Jose! There is no doubt, you will be happy with your job done by American Standard Plumbing.

Jose was wonderful and we would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. We definitely will be hiring him to do any future plumbing needs. We were converting a bathtub to a walk in shower and needed to have pipes moved for the drain and shower handle. Once the tile people were done ripping out the tub etc we found that we needed to move an additional pipe. Jose was able to handle all of our needs even fixed an outside shut off valve and replaced the pipe. He was well prepared for anything he encountered. He was methodical in making sure everything was done correctly. He even noticed that the sink was having pressure issues and he fixed that as well for no charge. In addition, he replaced the concrete so the tile installers wouldn't have to and lose a day while it dried. He was prompt and even reached out to the tile installer to make sure they were on the same page. The 2 companies worked well together making our experience even easier. Thanks Jose for being someone we can count on! He goes the extra mile and is very customer focused, which is greatly appreciated.

I had American standard plumbing for the first time today and a young man named Keegan came out and he was amazing. I explained my problem and he looked at it and knew exactly what to do to correct it and did it in a timely manner. He was extremely polite! I asked him about some other problems and he told me what I needed to do and he would come back and fix them. I called Jose on Saturday and he asked if I could wait until Monday and I said yes and Keegan came out this morning as promised and called first. I am very impressed with this company and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a very reasonable, excellent plumber.

I called all over town to find a plumber who could come quickly after the City of Cape Coral told us we had a water leak. The soonest anyone would commit to was the next week. One company recommended a top notch employee who had recently left to start his own business. Jose answered the call very quickly and when I told him my plight he said he was in the middle of a job but would come right over as soon as he finished that job. He came and fixed our pipe just a couple of hours later. Excellent communication and exceeded our expectations. Very professional. Highly recommend. Jose re-piped my entire house and did a fantastic job. He is fast, efficient and very affordable. Communication is great so you understand what causes a problem and how he fixes it.
